I am the Property Manager/Real Estate Broker representing the owner of 2111 Monroe Avenue in Santa Clara, CA., whereby Instahome Property Solutions, LLC are Tenants. Landlord/Tenant relationship commenced on November 1, 2019 between my client and the partners doing business as Instahome Property Solutions, LLC, to date. The original term was a one-year lease, and was extended for an additional year effective November 1, 2020. The Tenants have maintained the property very well and have been consistent with paying rental fees on time or in advance. My contact person has predominately been Bobby (Loc Quoc Tran), however all the partners of Instahome Property Solutions, LLC, have been extraordinarily courteous, respectful, communicative, receptive and compliant. In addition, there have not been any complaints from surrounding neighbors as it pertains to their occupancy. It has been an absolute honor and pleasure doing business with these gentlemen as they conduct themselves with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Bobby was great! I had rented a car for the day to go Sacramento on Friday and when I came back to San Jose on Saturday around 3PM and looked in maps to return the car and said it was closed so I returned the car on Monday and I explained to the situation to Bobby of why I kept the car until Monday and he only charged me for the one day rental, I will definitely come back and rent a car from them again!
